They are friendly, courteous, professional and most of all very knowledgeable, and efficient at their job. Their pricing is reasonable and they communicate very effectively with appointments and arrival times. ""He was Great! - we talked about the options between tankless and the regular heaters, and I chose to go with the regular water heater. He came in - did the work - cleaned up and I have a brand new waterheater. Great service ""

"Although the heat exchanger was still under warranty - the labor intensive job to remove the old one and install a new one wasn't. The labor was $929.00 to complete this all day job. I decided to replace the inducer motor at the same time since it was only a matter of time until it failed. I called Zak - the general manager and he agreed to give me a long-term customer discount. Steve Brown, my service technician notified me that morning when he would arrive and was right on time. He was easy to work with, showed me the wear to the units and explained what he was doing throughout the installation. After removing the heat exchanger, Steve pointed out the evaporator coils needed to be cleaned and gave me a discount for that work too. No one likes an expensive HVAC repair bill, however Ray O. Cook worked with me to ensure it went as smoothly as possible. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them in the future."

"It has worked perfectly for the two months since then. The technician was very knowledgeable, thorough and professional. He took his time to get it right, and I presume he did that for his previous customer too, because he was late :-) The price for these high-end commercial HVAC contractors is very high, but Park was no more expensive than the others, and you do get your money's worth in terms of a thorough job."

"Mr. Duncan responded immediately to my call to replace a leaking 50 gal. water heater discovered on return from a vacation. He came out on that Saturday morning and replaced the water heater with an advanced model that reduced emissions. The cost was very reasonable and he did not charge extra for coming out on a weekend. Mr. Duncan was very polite, thorough in his work, and was obviously concerned that our family needed to have hot water, and he did an exceptional job. I would recommend him highly and would use him again.

Yes, buying appliances in a bundle can save you money and reduce the cost per unit. Retailers often offer discounts when you purchase three or more appliances from the same brand together. This approach not only lowers your appliance expenses but also simplifies installation coordination, providing financial and scheduling benefits.
The best time to buy a new appliance is when your current one fails or during a renovation. Major shopping holidays like Black Friday and Labor Day offer seasonal sales with better discounts. Planning your purchase during these times helps you maximize savings and aligns with your home improvement plans.
When you buy a new appliance, many retailers will also remove and dispose of your old appliances when they come to install the new ones. To dispose of your old appliance yourself, start by safely disconnecting it. If it's no longer functional, you can recycle it. If it still operates safely, consider donating or selling it to recoup some value. Some retailers offer trade-in programs for discounts on new models. These options promote eco-friendly disposal and help reduce waste.
