They made sure that they had the right parts before coming to my house, so it did not waste my time. The total duration of install was maybe an hour, because the tech identified some things that could cause future problems. This guy went above and beyond. He cleaned and handled them at no extra charge. Granted it took him an extra few minutes to perform the small task, he went above and beyond and that makes me confident in avoiding future issues. I did not price shop or call around. I went to 5* reviews and they were there sitting alone at the top. I am not worried about the price of things, just as long as they're done right. "They answered the phone right away and made an appoint for later that morning.  They showed up within 2-3 hours of the initial call.  They diagnosed the problem quickly (fan was broken on the furnace).  They left to find the part that we needed, which was no small task given that it's an old furnace.  The called an hour or so later said they located the part, told me the cost, and asked if I wanted them to pick it up.  They returned in a few hours to install the fan.  Our home was warm by the evening."
