They made sure that they had the right parts before coming to my house, so it did not waste my time. "Appliance is the Bosch Ascenta Condensation Dryer. It requires frequent cleaning of the lint filter and the heat exchanger. Obviously, the tenant did not do a good job. I did a couple round of cleaning myself but the "Cleaning req" warning light still came on intermittently. I called Alex and made the appointment. Before he arrived, I tried one more time to clean it. This time I took out the lint filter and rinse it in hot water, dried it before putting it back. The dryer was running flawlessly when Alex arrived and he had nothing to do, so he gave me a discounted service call charge."
