"It started with Tom who is the project manager with this company. I was happy to talk to him over the phone with all his experience but then he made such a great impression when I met him for the first time. He came by on an early Sunday morning to inspect and tell me the plan, but when he flew his drone to take pictures and inspect the damage it just blew my mind. These guys are way ahead of the game, or maybe being in tech industry I am biased. But at least I knew then I was in the right hands. The roofers came within a week, 2 hours ahead of schedule, fixed my roof leak and other necessary fixes as discussed. It was such a great experience for hiring a roofing company for the first time and I am definitely reaching out to these guys for future fixes or even roof replacement when its time. Their roof assessment was also on point and my insurance inspector agreed to everything I pointed out. The entire staff was great and they know how to provide great customer service. G"

"The service technician from Climate Engineer of Florida was rated excellent. CHW is just okay. Usually their customer service on the phone is below average. I had to wait 48 hours to get my HVAC repaired. I'm in Florida. They changed their policy of letting home owners use their own technician. Mine would have been here same day. All in all, just okay. Not great."

I don't see any resolution for this and I am very disappointed as the work we did use them for was great.  They have some very nice professional people working for them in the field. 

I would not recommend using them if you are NOT a real estate agent.
