"To be honest Im dealing with a complicated district and I was kind of frustrated that my project was handed off to a new person but Raegan Hammon was the most patient, kind, professional and efficient Architect I have ever had the pleasure 🙏 of doing business with. "This is a good company, I would hire them again. They did good work and Caleb seems to know a great deal about trees and cares about doing things right. He's also environmentally sensitive, which I appreciate.
Some difficulty in getting calls returned at the beginning and the end, though. After some delays due to a truck tire blowing out Caleb & his crew showed up and carefully did all the work we'd agreed on. After that he and I walked around inspecting the job. I saw one more worrisome big branch over the roof that needed to be removed and he agreed it posed a risk to the house. They took care of that and cleaned up after themselves. The price was exactly what had been quoted, including the Angie's List discount, plus the agreed upon extra for the extra branch. Â They left behind a saw and I called the company immediately to come get it, but never heard back from them.

"Do make sure you think everything out in the beginning of what you really want to do. Don't change your mind mid way during remodeling, changes can cost more in the long run. Do have a good visual of what you want and make sure you write down and give to Roger in the beginning, keep a copy for yourself. Remember, he is the contractor, not the one living in your house. You need to let him know what you want. Roger has some good suggestions and ideas, but if you don't like his ideas, let him know. He's a nice guy and returns calls back very promptly. Get a completion date and DON'T do remodeling during all the major holidays. We did and it was horrible! We started in mid October and they just finished February 6th. But I love my new dining room, island in kitchen, granite, new hall, utility room and cabinets. I guess i would say it was worth the wait and I would hire Roger Allen again!!

"This was the best pool contractor sent to my home. The fact that he was an Electrical Engineer allow him to address electrical issues I was having with my pool equipment rather that having to purchase a new pump or other items. The individual was very professional and knowledgeable. I appreciate the fact that he was very personable and appreciated me as a customer."

"The last was a rental company that we have and we used them for an air conditioning and heating system. It was Bototach Mechanical. It’s been a good program for us. They’re very responsive. I don’t know what the thought process was. My husband said, well let’s try these guys and so we did. We have an older home and it’s proved to be a very good deal. The quality has been pretty good, so I would give them an A for the quality. I will give you one helpful hint though. If the company decides they want to replace an appliance, you need to call them and negotiate with them because you can upgrade, but you need to talk to them in person not just do it over the internet."

"The company was prompt to come to Enid to give an estimate and schedule the project.  The estimate cost was accurate. The project was started on time.  The installation and  quality of the work was outstanding.  They matched the texturing on the ceiling very well.  The paint did not correctly match the ceiling (fault of the paint store?).  The sun tunnel had a light kit that did not arrive with the sun tunnel.  The company was delayed coming back to repaint and install the light kit.  Perhaps it is because they are a young company, have such an excellent product and do an outstanding installation that they are very busy.  They did repaint the ceiling and install the light kit. Â
I am very pleased with the completed project. Â I would use Skylights Unlimited again."
