"I recently hired Nolan Strom for a whole house renovation design including a front porch addition, a rear second floor shed dormer and a completely new first and second floor layout. From the design phase to drafting the plans, Nolan was exceptional. Nolan took the time to understand my vision plus contribute his ideas to my renovation resulting in a floor plan that was perfect for what I wanted. Then Nolan helped me through the approval process with the city and provided invaluable advice during the construction phase. My project is finished and exceeded all my expectations. "Ken was very knowledgeable about our problems.  We asked him about several issues; some needed fixing and some did not.  I respect his opinions.  Our major issue was a two story wall that was sagging because it was built between floor joists.  We had an extra joist and supports installed.  The workmen were courtious and effecient.  Our floor feels very stable now.
