"Easy to log an issues online, can also on the phone.  The contractors can be great or the cheapest ones around!  While they will fix the issues, it may take a few visits or a strongly worded conversion on the phone.  I have had great contractors and OK ones, I would strongly suggest calling to log the issue and ask for a previous contractor you have had or ask for a local one.  
(Remember companies consider local 100+ miles away, someone within the actual city will most likely care about their reputation and not perform substandard work)
