The fact that he was an Electrical Engineer allow him to address electrical issues I was having with my pool equipment rather that having to purchase a new pump or other items. "The last was a rental company that we have and we used them for an air conditioning and heating system. It was Bototach Mechanical. It’s been a good program for us. They’re very responsive. I don’t know what the thought process was. My husband said, well let’s try these guys and so we did. We have an older home and it’s proved to be a very good deal. The quality has been pretty good, so I would give them an A for the quality. I will give you one helpful hint though. If the company decides they want to replace an appliance, you need to call them and negotiate with them because you can upgrade, but you need to talk to them in person not just do it over the internet."

As soon as they arrived they went straight to work. It was a huge job and as expected it took most of the day to finish. Kerry, the owner, was on hand and working right along side his crew for most of the day. Kerry even trimmed the limbs on all of our remaining trees. One of the main reasons I initially went with Kirby's is because they are licensed and insured. This was a huge must have for me because the extremely large tree that needed to be removed was only about 8-10 feet behind the house and several large limbs actually hung over the roof. During his estimate, Kerry promised that no limbs would hit the house and that he and his crew could handle the job. He definitely was true to his word, no limbs hit the house and even though it was a long day, him and his crew made it look easy. His crew did a great job cleaning everything up.
I will, without a doubt be using them again and I highly recommend them.
