"It went very well. My only complaint was that there was not literature (warranty, maintenance instructions, etc.) that came when they installed it. They said that it would be e-mailed to me. It never was. I also had a technical question so I called them. They put me though to the specialist but I had to leave a message. They never called me back."

"Super customer service... from Jim, the owner, George, the salesman and the guys who installed my awnings. Great workmanship. A timely response with my calls and speedy service getting over here to do the job. Very pleased."

"Sales rep Sean Sullivan, assistants on call, installers Luis & Adam: appreciation to all for quick, helpful information & responses."

"Great company to work with. Called them and the next day they came out and worked on a list of things we needed replaced and or repaired in 3 different bathrooms in our office. Right in the beginning they communicated what was the plan and how they would perform the work. The finished on time and did a great job of cleaning up after all work was finished. Would highly recommend them. Top notch in a business where customer service is so important there service was second to none."

"They identified the work needed and completed it in a timely fashion."

"I wanted transoms in the picture window. Armando came out to discuss sizing so that the proportions were correct for the size of the window. He was very professional and took the time to discuss the various options. Later, we had a miscommunication in the original order resulting in a misordered window. Jimmy called immediately and worked with us to find a solution that pleased both parties. I am very happy with the level of service and the quality of the Windows."

"This is a wonderful company. Very responsive. Came to the house and measured for a Sunsetter awning. Installation was completed a couple weeks after the order and was done to perfection. Very professional and friendly.

"Great company, very reliable, They installed an awning and a patio cover that improved the exterior look of my house. I really love the patio cover because it provides shade, and I can enjoy my backyard more often. Mark is very professional and efficient. Would definitely do business with them again."
