"They were very responsive in return my request for service and showed up even earlier than scheduled. Matthew is very professional and did his work carefully. Since it was the first time I had have someone work on such project, I had little experience so it took some time for me to run errands buying stuff required. "We would probably use this company again, even though we did have one minor incident. The estimator assured us that the opening for our door would be framed in to the correct size as the door coming out was larger than the one going in. When the installers arrived and started working on the opening in question, it was not initially framed in to our satisfaction. It took calls to the office and discussions with the installation managers, and the crew chief coming from a separate job site 40 miles away to achieve the result we were promised. They did fulfill their promises, but we had to intervene to get satisfaction. The final results are good, we have had no problems with either the windows or doors in the 3 months that they have been in. We would consider them again to do the remaining windows in our home."
