"Vendor Review process - Obtain 2 other quotes were thousands of dollars more than Albar.  Albar obtain great ratings from Angies, Checkbook and BBB. 
Design process - Albar Sales Consultant Moe could not be anymore patient during the design process which took months. Moe showed us all the options and gave us the pros and cons for each. He answers all questions, concerns and issues with complete courtesy even when additional adjustments were needed after the job was completed. He never place any pressure on us which made this an enjoyable process. 
Scheduling - time for installation was set in a  professional manner with our schedule in mind.
Installation - proceeded as scheduled (done in 3 days) and completed in the planned time frame. Joe and Martin were always on time, courteous and always kept the work area clean. The removal process was kept isolated and preform efficiently. The outside and inside framing around the windows, sliders and doors, which I was very concern about, were done to perfection. I was very happy with the aluminum framing and caulking on the outside which looked very professional. The inside trim was also beautifully done and matched our current style and color. 
Issues - were quickly addressed. An incorrect door style was handled by Moe to our satisfaction. A patio slider issue was initiated and followed up by Moe until the manufacturer had corrected the issue. 
In conclusion, I would highly recommend Albar for window and door installation. The Albar team is prompt, organized and truly there to offer the best service and support. I would always choose Albar.

"Great company to work with. Called them and the next day they came out and worked on a list of things we needed replaced and or repaired in 3 different bathrooms in our office. Right in the beginning they communicated what was the plan and how they would perform the work. The finished on time and did a great job of cleaning up after all work was finished. "We hired SRS Exteriors (Andrew and Moe) to do 8 window wraps for us. When they took the old trim off, the wood was all rotted around the windows and as Moe pulled the siding off he noticed all the wood was rotted under the siding also. They had to replace all the trim and sheathing and then reside, They kept us informed of all the issues that were unknown at the start of the project. And were very fair with the cost. What was suppose to be a simply project turned out to be a bigger job then we all expected but Andrew and Moe made time to make our repairs, they even worked 8 hours on Thanksgiving day to ensure that our home would be done and secure for the winter. They are true craftsmen and are dedicated professionals who look out for the best interest of the homeowner, All of the workers were very respectful and always showed up at the time they told us they would be there. They worked late hours to get the job done and left the work area spotless. During the job there were a couple days of heavy rain and winds Moe and Andrew made sure everything was covered and secure with house wrap. I would recommend them to all my friends and family, and any homeowner. In fact I plan on having them back in the spring to do some more work on my home, and my neighbors are already asking for thier number."

"Although the cost of the house we're building went a bit over budget, James (Jimmy) Murphy worked closely with us to design and build a beautiful sunroom that we could fit into our already stretched budget.  None of the other companies we contacted were as considerate, accommodating or flexible as Murphy's.  Jimmy really did go the extra mile for us and we won't  ever forget that.
His employees and sub-contractors do very good work.   We love, love, love our sunroom!  The exterior blends in beautifully with the rest of our house and the room itself matches so perfectly it looks like it's an extension of our family room.  We can't wait until our house is complete so we can move in and starting using the room!
