It can be very difficult to find help for for small jobs, but Mr. Leal agreed. Needless to say, the doors now function perfectly. I was impressed for following reasons. His team was very communicative. My initial call was returned within an hour or two and he was scheduled to see me the next day. He and his colleague took care of my home. Not only did they fix the doors, but they were obviously very careful when doing so. They even vacuumed while sanding the doors. No trace was left of their work except for the perfectly swinging doors. Honestly, I think care for another's home is as important as one's ability to do the work. My strong impression is Mr. Leal cares that his work is well done. Hire him."

"It was ok, although when I contacted Two By Four Construction to schedule the work, I was told to contact the subcontractor directly to work out the best time for the work to be done. The subcontractor who did the work was fine, although the night before the work was to be done, he notified me that he wouldn't be able to start the next day because of work he needed to do for other customers. We rescheduled it for several days later. When I called the day before to confirm that he would arrive the next day (a Friday) he said that he was unable to arrive on Friday (a rush job for a builder) and might not be able to start the following day because getting workers to help on Saturday would be very difficult (it's a three-day job). That was unacceptable so I pressed him and he was ultimately able to get some workers here on Saturday. He finished the job himself on Sunday and Monday and the refinished wood looks ok. He did not charge me for staining and installing the floor molding (which I had purchased) because of the scheduling problems, so all in all it worked out ok, but I would have much preferred to have had the job done when originally scheduled."
