"I was very pleased with their service and their price compared to the other two companies I interviewed. Nancy Hung, the closet designer, suggested what she thought would work for me after we discussed what I was interested in. She asked me if I had time for her to draw the design right then. If not, she would have sent a computer generated design to me by email. I had the time and much preferred her hand written design as it was clearer to me than the designs of the other two companies I received by email.
The day of the work, they arrived on time and in a little over three hours the job was done. They removed the hardware that was currently in the closet, spackled the holes, and installed shelves, rods, and a laundry hamper. I had recently changed a light fixture and there were some holes left since the new light fixture was a different size than the old one. The workman asked me if I would like him to spackle those holes too. I thought that was so nice of him to offer since clearly that was not part of what he had to do.

Henry sent someone immediately to give us an estimate. We only had 5 days to work with before the floors were to be started. His crew started the very next day! All were professional and respectful. They repaired spots we didn't know existed! Henry visited twice, once as the men were working and the next to inspect the completed job. He was available by phone at any time for questions/concerns. Although we thought the price was expensive like other reviewers, considering what they did on the timeline given and the excellent results, we would definitely use them again.
