"Outstanding Structural Work – Nestor and NV OUTDOORS, LLC are Top-Notch! I hired Nestor from NV OUTDOORS, LLC for several repairs, and he did a phenomenal job from the estimate to completion. He tackled a precise project replacing a vital, rotted structural deck post underneath my staircase that supported both the stairs and the deck. His attention to detail was amazing: he secured the deck to my townhouse with lag bolts to bring it up to code, repaired a loose railing, and took the time to nail down all the top boards. He also included repairing a broken community fence in the estimate and handled that repair with the same meticulous care. The entire deck and fence are now perfectly aligned, rock-solid, and 100% safe. Nestor arrived right on time, communicated clearly throughout the day, and left the workspace spotless. On top of the fantastic quality of the work, I thought his pricing was very fair. It is rare to find a contractor this reliable, efficient, and genuinely skilled."

"Mr Avila does his job well and he and his men are courteous and polite. He does not measure every little work he does and he makes sure that the job is done correctly and efficiently. I have recommended Mr Avila to three of my customers already and I am a realtor and I plan to use his company when repairs are needed in homes I sell and repairs I need for my home."

"Mr. Mendez and his crew did an excellent job painting my DC rowhome. After another painter left me in the lurch, Mendez was able to come promptly and give a very reasonable quote. Following a weather related delay, he and his crew showed up when they said they would and I'm very happy with the result."

"REA Services are Excellent. They performed the work next day! Which is amazing since all I heard from Alward was "there is a shortage of carpenters". REO did the assembly and install within 2 hours. They were very professional and paid attention to detail during the install to make sure the pantry was a perfect addition to our kitchen and I saved over $600."

"The project went very well and I would recommend Jim the Handyman for any of a homeowner's maintenance projects. The crew arrived on time, did the work expected and the work performed was excellent in quality and price. I was given a $200 discount off the price quoted as I painted a door that had been included in the estimate. This is not the first time I used this contractor and will use them again for other home projects that I am unable to do myself. They are an A+ contractor."

"We started with deck floor replacement and expanded to include painting white wood trim on the house, pressure washing and sealing roof, and replacement of wood fence. All work was done continuously - meaning crew wasn't diverted to other jobs. Good clean up. Good job all around."

"It's always a relief when you find a contractor who cares about the quality of their work. That is Mr. Leal. I hired him to rehang our exterior french doors that were poorly installed. It can be very difficult to find help for for small jobs, but Mr. Leal agreed. Needless to say, the doors now function perfectly. I was impressed for following reasons. His team was very communicative. My initial call was returned within an hour or two and he was scheduled to see me the next day. He and his colleague took care of my home. Not only did they fix the doors, but they were obviously very careful when doing so. They even vacuumed while sanding the doors. No trace was left of their work except for the perfectly swinging doors. Honestly, I think care for another's home is as important as one's ability to do the work. My strong impression is Mr. Leal cares that his work is well done. Hire him."
