I originally just wanted my carpet removed and replaced with oak treads and risers but after talking to Russ and seeing other jobs he’s completed put me at ease to change the railings and banisters for a whole new look. Then I found out he could also install wood flooring so I had him install all the flooring upstairs. This man is a true craftsman’s in every sense of the word…it looked so beautiful after the job was completed I couldn’t believe my eyes. Other things I loved about Russ was the fact he stayed in constant contact with you on when he’s coming how long the job would take plus he treated your home like it was his because he made sure everything was protected in plastic and took great care of your belongings to minimize any damage. So if you’re thinking about anyone else…..FORGET IT….this is the company you want!!!"

"Eric is amazing. I’ve worked with him on multiple projects over a year and a half approximately. He’s been able to help me re-side multiple homes with cement fiber board, he’s has remodeled bathrooms, drywall repair and in many places complete reconstruction. He has done an amazing job reframing countless windows and doors for me. He has built fences for me, and rewired large sections of homes for me as well. Skylight installation, roof repair, painting…the list goes on. In truth I’ve utilized his skills and knowledge so much that I often wonder how I was able to do things before I was introduced to him. His work has always been above and beyond what I expected and his rates have obviously been more then reasonable, otherwise I wouldn’t have utilized his services so many times. "ET Painting did an amazing job at my house. I've been planning to do work to My house for about a year now and have gotten multiple Companies to come look but wasn’t feeling comfortable as no one really stood out to me I actually contacted ET but was unsure of what exactly needed to be done and what I wanted the outcome to look like I called them twice and finally met Emil who's the main reason why I finally got the job completed since I had been in limbo for so long. Emil and I discussed the ideas I had in mind and confidently gave me feed back and made me feel comfortable to proceed with the job I had been putting off for so long He's super friendly, positive, professional, and creative. "Ybarra Professional Builders did 2 big plumbing projects on my house and property. Not only did they install a brand-new main water line to replace the old leaking galvanized steel pipe, but they also re-piped my house's plumbing as it was also made from that same rusting out galvanized steel. I also had some other major work done by them at the same time (tree removal and sprinkler repair) but since Home Advisor asked for a specific type of project for this review, I will only review the plumbing projects. Vlad was the project manager for all of these projects. He coordinated all of the sub-contractors' work and got the projects done in a timely manner. There were none of the time issues that I had heard about with other contractors, such as waiting weeks between one phase of a project to get the next one started-after one phase was done, the next phase would begin with no more than a day or two in between. He was very pleasant and very patient with my many questions and concerns and kept me up-to-date with what was happening. The project that I most dreaded, the house plumbing re-piping, was not as bad as I thought it would be, to my great relief. All of the people who I dealt with at Ybarra were pleasant and professional, from the sub-contractors to the office staff. I think the quality of the work performed was very good. In the additional clean-up phase, the holes in the drywall where the plumbing had been re-piped were patched and painted, and the concrete where the driveway had to be cut to replace the main water line was re-poured. This portion of the project was available as an additional cost, but the workmanship was very good. I had heard and read many horror stories about dealing with contractors so working with this group was a pleasant surprise. Thank you, Vlad."
