Within 48hrs. a project manager arrived, patiently discussed our needs/concerns and made recommendations. He left us with a chart to select a paint colors. Our deck was restored using new wood in affected areas rather than totally replaced as some companies had suggested. Water damage on the bottom of an entry door frame was repaired rather than replaced. Kudos to Evan’s expert carpenter/painter.
