"The original plan was to updated the stair treads and risers with oak, but Dan was very patient when the scope expanded to a complete removal of the stairs, trim and handrail to replace it all with oak.  He did a GORGEOUS job.   I couldn't be happier with the work that he has done."

"The owner came and did the estimate for the work, and then sent a experienced worker and an inexperienced worker to complete the work. The pipe was mended adequately, but then the experienced worker left the inexperienced worker to finish the sheetrock work. 
The pipe was not properly adhered to the joist, so foot traffic above the pipe caused the pipe to bang around.  The sound dampening layer was not replaced, and I had to assist the one inexperienced worker that was left behind to handle the drywall."
