"We couldn’t be happier with the work Sean did on our deck. From start to finish, he was excellent to work with. Communication was outstanding—he kept us informed, showed up when he said he would, and was always punctual and professional. As the project progressed, there were a few changes, including a pretty major change order, along with some smaller adjustments. Sean was incredibly accommodating and worked with us every step of the way. He never made us feel like we were being a pain or that our changes were a problem, and he was great about finding ways to make everything work. The quality of the workmanship is excellent, but what really stood out to us was how easy Sean made the entire process."

"So happy we chose R&D for our exterior wall repairs! they were great to work with throughout the process of what turned out to be a complicated issue. Their communication was really appreciated as they dug into things and problem solved some unique issues with how the previous home owners had cut corners on the house. R&D wasn’t the cheapest initial bid we received but I have no doubt that we would have wound up paying more in the end for a lower quality result with anyone else. Thanks guys!"

"Vince did a great job. The job come in timely and he was neat and clean."

"I needed stucco repair work on an old chimney (and other spots). Grady was meticulous and thoughtful on what approaches and materials would work. Throughout the project they allocated sufficient time for each treatment to cure and inspected the work before proceeding to the next step. Grady started the project with no money down and only required ongoing payments for materials until the project was well underway. The final payment was due only after they did a final inspection. Total project cost was also below other bids."

"The job went well and my deck looks amazing."

"I was very pleased with the work done by Chris at Rochester Renovation. His designer, Bev did a great job coming up with a beautiful plan with very nice materials, while being mindful of my budget. Quotes from other companies for the same cost had inferior cabinets, counters, and flooring. During the actual remodel, it was clear to me that Chris was very experienced and knew what he was doing. A few unexpected things came up during the demo (problems with the existing soffits and floor), but Chris was able to resolve them and he communicated with me very well throughout the whole process. He is an excellent carpenter. I especially appreciated his attention to detail. I knew that every little thing was going to come out looking wonderfully -- and it did! I found Chris very easy to work with and enjoyed his company. I would highly recommend him, especially if you are a perfectionist and want someone who will make sure the job gets done right."

"Ray was quick to respond to my inquiry and set up an appt. to come check out the job. The day he came, he gave me a written quote. I obtained other quotes but felt New Life was my best choice. He uses Sherwin Williams paint, which was our preference. He and his crew came when they said they would come, and frequently made sure I approved their progress each day, which has never happened with any other contractor. They cleaned up the job site each night so everything was tidy. At the end of the job Ray walked me around the house to be sure the job was satisfactory…and it was better than that! They found and repaired wood along they way, and we added a pool deck and house deck sealing to the job with no problem for a very fair cost. I would recommend Ray and New Life without hesitation as the job they did was fantastic and now we can enjoy our new looking house! I would use them again in a heartbeat."

"Great! Dan worked quickly and efficiently, and performed tasks exactly as I requested. Would DEFINITELY hire him again!"
