"House repairs Carlos and the team are truly great! I am writing to express my satisfaction with the work done by the Carlos and team who fixed my house trims and painted parts of my house. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and the results are outstanding. The carpenters were very professional and experienced. They took the time to listen to my needs and make sure that the work was done to my satisfaction. The team fixed all of the damaged trim around my house. They replaced the rotted wood, patched the holes, and painted the trim to match the rest of the house. They were also very careful to protect my property and to clean up after themselves. The painters were also very professional and experienced. I am very happy with the work that was done by the team. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality work at a fair price. I am very pleased with the results of the work that was done. My house looks great and a few other professionals working on the house said they will use Carlos in their future projects. I would highly recommend Real Painting & Home Improvement to anyone who is looking for quality work at a fair price."

"I've had an overall excellent experience working with Larry! I hired him to get the framing done for my finished basement, and he has always been quick to respond and did excellent work. He coordinate well to get the materials delivered, and arrived promptly to transport them to the project location. It was always easy to schedule things and get in contact with Larry. I would definitely hire him again!"

"I had been compiling a list of projects /repairs for quite a while. Reached out to Todd Booth’s company based on the 5 star reviews! Working with these professionals was EXCEPTIONAL at the very least. My “punch list” included repairing/purchasing/replacing new doors, hanging a bannister, replacing a baluster, measuring and ordering an outdoor screen….hanging a light, plastering-painting and the hanging curtain rods, assistance with restoring bar stools …. Within days I was emailed a detailed quote on each project! Todd and Dave were punctual, professional, kind, tidy and just really nice people! Todd found little extra ways to make the home safer- adding an extra bracket to two bannisters that were not as secure as they could be/ nailing a loose piece of wood on stairway….the kicker was Todd searched and searched for the right window turn handles- and HE FOUND THEM!!!! Way to go Todd! Prices were on point! Worth every penny! My dwelling is back to feeling like a home - thanks to all their efforts!!!!! Can’t recommend them enough!!!!!! Hoping to have them back to assist with some interior painting this fall!"

"Bob always does a meticulous job. He's a skilled, multi- talented carpenter and all-around contractor. I trust his workmanship and advice."

"Bertie was recommended to us by a friend for some work that he completed in Jamaica Plain. We recently built a 2nd floor on our cape in Milton and needed walls and ceilings in three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a hallway and stairwell. Bertie was prompt with his bid and was extremely flexible with his start date. He was finished with the entire job in less than four days, which was incredibly impressive. In addition, part of the demolition included tearing down two walls on the first floor and a strip of drywall by the front door. Without asking, Bertie fixed those as well and included them in the price. Furthermore, we are installing a pocket door and need to wait for that before drywall goes up, plus our plumber needs access to the shower before the durock goes up, and Bertie has already committed to helping us with those issues as soon as they are ready. I would absolutely hire Bertie again in a second if the need ever arises again."

"I want to sincerely thank and highly recommend Marco Polo home Builder! While I was selling my house, the buyer’s inspector believed the attic needed repairs. One company quoted me a staggering $15,000. Thankfully, I had a general contractor from MP home Builder come take a look. He spent a lot of time carefully inspecting the attic and determined that it actually met all the requirements — there was only a small issue that needed to be fixed. They only charged $600! From $15,000 to $600 — that’s not just a price difference, it’s a clear example of honesty, integrity, and professionalism. MP home Builder doesn't lie or exaggerate just to make money. They are genuine, responsible, and truly care about doing the right thing. In today's world, a company like this is incredibly rare. What’s more, MP home Builder also does HVAC, furnace, electrical, and other types of work, and their prices are much more reasonable than other companies I’ve dealt with. If you're looking for a company that is honest, detail-oriented, fair in pricing, and trustworthy, this company is absolutely the one to hire!"

"We hired Crystal Painting to repaint the exterior of our 1929 Dutch Colonial. The home hadn’t been repainted in 9 years and had significant peeling and exposed wood and therefore was also in need of some carpentry work. We hired Leo and his crew from Crystal based on reading other reviews on various sites, meeting him in person (many firms just look at your house online and provide a quote or do a quick stop and go without talking to you), and based on his willingness to give us a quote that included both the painting and carpentry work (most other painters were unwilling to quote the carpentry until they were on the job). The pricing quote was a bit higher than other quotes but based on the reviews we read and the quality of the conversations, we decided to take a chance on Leo and Crystal painting and weren’t disappointed. Leo’s crew showed up daily (in varying numbers depending on what needed to be done) over a two week period, did a good job of prepping the house, getting it primed, fixing the carpentry and applying two coats of paint. Some of the carpentry involved replacing rotted moldings along the roof line that likely had been on the house since it was built in 1929, amazingly he was able to find matching pieces to replace the damaged pieces. In addition, there were several color and other changes made along the way and Leo was great at accommodating those at no additional cost. Overall, we were very happy with Leo and Crystal painting and would hire them again. Several of our neighbors who saw their work, have since hired them as well."

"Glen is a just an excellent carpenter. He is a creative, efficient, and artistic problem solver. I hired him to install some cabinetry that came without instructions and had been partially installed by someone else. He did a fantastic job - he is a real expert. I will hire him again for my next project."

"We loved working with Clod and his team for our kitchen remodel. He listened to everything we asked for and provided expert insight.
