Walter (owner) was in the difficult position of coming in and finishing up a remodel begun by another contractor who could not continue. Linares did a wonderful job and provided exceptional value. Walter was great at seeing how an original plan was maybe not the best way to go and proposing a more workable alternative. He is an excellent, dedicated craftsman. His wife, Wilma, was also on site everyday helping with details. There were many unexpected turn in this complicated job but Walter and Wilma held steady, remained flexible, overcame all obstacles, and created a beautiful, warm home space."

"Overall the staff I dealt with were very nice and professional showed up at the appointment time. One thing I did not realize is that the appointment would take a while as they really go into the details of designing a closet based on your direct input and specifications. Unfortunately I had to end the meeting as I had another vendor coming to provide a quote and didn't realize the amount of time that was required of the appointment (my husband had set it up). Honestly for someone like me and the type of house I have I wanted to something quality but not overly specific to my taste I'm all about putting in enhancements to my home that will last the tests of time and ever changing style preferences."

Does top notch work and great to work with. Very professional, and treated my house like his own, had a lot of great suggestions. Mike was on the job everyday and his guys were great, and you didn't even know they were there when they left, cleaned up great. Could not beat his prices for the quality of work. "We had scheduled our wood floors to be resurfaced with another company, but while the rooms were all cleared out, it was a good time to repair drywall and paint. Henry sent someone immediately to give us an estimate. We only had 5 days to work with before the floors were to be started. His crew started the very next day! All were professional and respectful. They repaired spots we didn't know existed! Henry visited twice, once as the men were working and the next to inspect the completed job. He was available by phone at any time for questions/concerns. Although we thought the price was expensive like other reviewers, considering what they did on the timeline given and the excellent results, we would definitely use them again. We have already given their card to the neighbors."
