Site work was expertly done including removal of old deck debris, dealing with old concrete footers, concrete slab, etc. No problem for these experienced pros. Price was very much in line with other quotes we got, but First Impressions was professional, responsive and very easy to work with. Weather delayed the project significantly, but to me that means First Impressions is more interested in doing the job right than pouring when it's too cold, too wet, etc. We've already contracted with them for a driveway repair, so complete confidence in the work and would definitely recommend to others. Be patient, they're in high demand, but worth the wait."

I explained what I needed, and we set up an appointment for the next day. The following morning, Mitch arrived at my house exactly when he said he would, and we spent 30-45 minutes going over what I needed and how Mitch proposed to meet my requirements. He gave me a verbal quote before he left, and I had an e-mail with a formal quote later that evening.
