"Within a day or two of our inquiry, owner/manager Kyle Hodges was here to evaluate our problem and give an estimate for the work he discussed with us. Although we live in a townhouse, the record-breaking Maryland rainfall and the slant of the front lawn toward our foundation had caused serious water build up at our foundation and threat to overflow into the basement.. For several weeks we had been bailing rainwater round the clock from the trench that had formed at the front of our home and using dozens of paper towel rolls to absorb water. Kyle saw the seriousness of the problem, brought his co-worker Matt who would do the work to help plan their project and scheduled a date. Matt was excellent and very thorough. So far the work they did has solved the problem successfully, and we look forward to their return in the spring for more corrective landscaping. "Everything went smoothly from the sale (onsite, at our home, with samples of materials and a quote at the time of the visit), to communication with the main office (regarding timing of construction, follow ups on payment milestones) to the construction (which was expertly handled by a crew of two guys who work for the company). The owner himself came out to install plugs in the screw holes on one side of the deck, after the crew decided that the original plugs were not a good color match. We appreciated that attention to detail and the fact that the company handled it without our even knowing it had been an issue. The crew made sure the construction area was clean each day when they left. Our bluestone patio and surrounding landscaping were in good condition after the work."
