"The team from The Climate Chief were very professional from day one. They laid out plastic sheeting to protect our recently refinished hard wood floors. Cleaned up any messes from the blown in insulation. Covered the doorway by utilizing TEVEC house wrap and tape so we would not lose much heat when the hoses were running. At the end of each day one of the employees would pick up the plastic sheeting and sweep the floors and they would pick up all the tools so not to leave a cluttered workplace inside and outside. Billy Mike, and crew were very happy and cheerful while at work. Very knowledgeable about how to seal up any of the existing open areas. They removed all the existing fiberglass insulation before replacing with 18 inches of cellulose R60. A very professional job we are very pleased to say. We noticed a warmer difference in room temperatures right away! We would strongly recommend them to others!"

"We highly recommend "The Hired Hand" (formerly named B Squared Home Solutions). They made numerous repairs to our deck, and completely refinished it. The deck is 30 years old, and now looks as good as new. Also, they repaired a set of wooden stairs leading from outside into our basement. I thought they were beyond repair, but are now fully functional. They started the project on the date promised, kept us apprised of their progress, and finished the job on time and at the quoted cost. We are very pleased with the quality of their work, and plan to have them do future projects."

"I requested a quote from the provider on the installation of a dishwasher that would include cutting into existing kitchen cabinets. They responded in an e-mail and by calling me. I called back on the Thursday the 23rd and Theresa said that she could come right over and take measurements. She came over and everything sounded like it was going well. We even talked to her about quotes for new cabinets and maybe changing the kitchen layout. She said that she would get us a quote on the dishwasher and that the cabinet quote would take a little longer. Monday came around and I had not heard from her yet. So I sent her a nice e-mail thanking her for her service and she called me back with a question, which should have been asked at the consultation, and said that she would be getting back with me on the quote for the dishwasher that night or the next day, Tuesday. It is now the end of the day on Thursday and I have still not heard from her. Theresa mentioned that they were busy but that they could take on this job when she came to our house. I know that this is a small job but I would have hoped that they would have been able to form a relationship as we have just bought a house and have a lot of ideas and plans for it in the future.
