"We had New Image Remodeling reshingle (with complete tear off) last summer. I wanted to wait until a snow melt had happened before I left a review because that would be the true test as to the success of their work. From the very first voicemail we received from Dennis all the way to the end of the project we were very pleased. There has been No leaks. The roof is beautiful. Any problems that we had were quickly resolved, and with our home being an older, the team had a few challenges. They were also very respectful about the landscaping, and I didn’t lose one perennial. And they cleaned up everything to complete satisfaction. The only regret I have is not doing more for the team (ex. cookies, cold drinks). It was a joy listening to their laughter and chatter as they went about their task diligently. A sincere thank you and blessings to you for a prosperous 2026! I highly recommend this company!"

"We had been looking for someone to install backsplash tile after we had new countertops installed. It was not a huge job and we seemed to have problems getting contractors to respond to our inquires for quotes. Jake responded very quickly and set up an appointment to quote our project. I am fairly well versed in the trades, and it became apparent quite quickly during Jake's onsite visit to look at our project that he knew what he was talking about. His quote was fair and he was able to get us scheduled between a couple of bigger projects. He showed up on time, did great quality work, spent time explaining things and answering my questions, and the jobsite was cleaned up after he was done for the day. His attention to detail was excellent, as was the finished product. I have no problem highly recommending Jake and Rockford Tile. I will not hesitate to call him back if we ever need any other tile work done."

"When we hired Bathworks to remove the existing shower and install a new shower that had a floor pan that was lower to the ground and a shower that was alot bigger, we knew that we were hiring the best professionals we could find. The new walls for the shower extend up over 6 feet. They also installed a safety handrail that is a holder for all types of containers for shampoos, conditioners and bath soaps. They were finished in seven hours. The glass doors are fabulous! The commercial shower faucets are very nice. They had even checked the length of time it took to fill a container from our old shower and compared with the new shower where we now have more water pressure. They installed two handrails in the shower, so we?ll never be worried about falling in the shower.? I want to thank Keegan and Caleb for a wonderful job. This project had to be done so we would be able to use the classroom the following Sunday. J&M came in and removed the wall, installed a support beam, and finished the project so the two rooms looked like they had always been a single room. "The men who did the remodel were great. Even when they had to go back to the base to get shower doors because they were not in the materials. One stayed and did more while the other got the doors. The salesman was nice but wasnâ  t prepared with the materials he needed. I do like my shower though no more fear of falling, climbing over the tub."
