"Workmanship, timeliness and cleanliness were above average. I have no complaints about anything that was done. I only have one issue which was with communication. Two major aspects of the job were changed without my consent therefore I did not have input into changes I would have made as it was too late when I noticed these changes. They were understandable as they would do to zoning and or building code. But I would’ve had them done completely different. Had I had a choice. This was totally unintentional. I chalk it up to a learning experience on both ends. Other than that everything was exceptional."

"I had 2 bathrooms that needed total rebuilding after serious water damage. It was a very challenging job since the house is over 200 years old and nothing was plumb or level, but Johnny and his crew were more than up for the remodel! Not only did he complete it within the cost and time estimates, but the workmanship is first rate! I plan on calling him for other projects in the future, and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing any kind of remodeling work done for a very reasonable price and excellent results."
