J&M came in and removed the wall, installed a support beam, and finished the project so the two rooms looked like they had always been a single room. "The bathroom remodel went like clockwork, just as they said it would. The work is beautifully done. They kept you informed through out the entire process, letting you know the placement of all fixtures, etc, prior to installing. They truly do live up their standard of keeping the customer happy. The project was pricey, but also stress free, and completed earlier than projected. Cleanup was done on a daily basis, they were never late, electricians and plumbers were always there when they said they would be."

"Matrix did a great job up front with the planning and drawings. Their subcontractors did not always understand the scope of work and we (the home owner) really had to stay on top of the contractors day to day to make sure the project was getting executed right. One of the contractors plugged their equipment into our sump pump outlet and did not plug it back in and we got some flooding. Recommend to put signs up at sump pumps to not allow anyone to plug into those outlets. In the end Matrix made sure all of the issues were taken care of and done right, but the project could have been done much sooner if things were done right the first time."
