"After years of painting our home it was time to move up to a better solution. After searching the Better Business Bureau for local companies Krumwiede Home Pros stood out. They were top rated with 0 complaints. We were even able to initiate contact for a quote through the BBB. Michael was our salesperson and he was upfront and honest in capabilities and pricing. The pricing was so great we even upgraded to an insulated vinyl siding and we were still under what others quoted. We then met with Ross the production manager who went over every aspect of the job with us. This was great because we worked out any issues ahead of time. There were no surprises and we were all on the same page. The 2 gentlemen who came to do the work were great also. They showed up on time and worked hard everyday. "There was one problem, a window that didn't come in through the fault of the manufacturer. They followed up on it nicely even though it took a little longer than expected. Their service is very good. The only complaint I have is that they didn't tell me the shutters wouldn't cover like the old ones. Overall, it was a very good experience, however."
