SBC wasnâ t the cheapest, but you get what you pay for, and we wanted someone whoâ d do a nice job. They did! I wish the crews wouldâ ve cleaned up after themselves more (trash; caulk on windows), but that seems to happen with every home project. Will hire SBC again for future house projects."

He was very professional, courteous, on-time, and just an all around nice guy; he and his son both. "Allen was great! He installed a jack system in our crawl space to help with some settling issues we had which caused our bathroom door to not close and a crack in the wall. He got every thing leveled—our door closes now and he fixed our drywall! He even resealed our kitchen sink that had unstuck. He’s thorough and does his job very well. Would 10/10 recommend! Even gave us tips on how to keep our home warm/cool during the seasons. Thanks Allen!"

"I had an initial design in mind, but the owner talked me into some adjustments. I think they were OK. The final concept of having an open railing was great, and I have received compliments on it. Just a reminder: never pay until the job is finished to satisfaction. I was urged to pay a bit early due to "cash flow" issues, and that was a mistake. He left a lite mess and some tools that I had to clean up myself."
