The previous owners had foam tile in each of the bedrooms with no floor underneath. Bob was super responsive and provided a very reasonable estimate for the three bedrooms worth of work. He was able to come 3 days after our closing which was unheard of with other companies! We provided the flooring and they installed it in all three rooms within two days and even were willing to install baseboards that were missing in the other rooms for a small extra charge. My only complaint is that a couple of times I was pressured to make unexpected decisions quickly. This may been partly my fault for not knowing better (too complicated to explain). I would advise you to make all your key choices — such as countertops and paint — as far ahead of time as you can. It all worked out in the end and I love my new kitchen!"
