We went with them to get Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring at another flooring place and it worked out perfectly. He Evan called them twice to see what colors they had in stock so job wasn’t delayed. Job was still done on time despite having to return the initial materials and obtain credit. Ivan recommended we get shoe molding as appears in the pics and he painted them a beautiful grey that we had mixed to match at the store. These moldings set the finished look. We are very impressed. Silvino phoned in several times during the process to his contractors and myself. When install was complete, he came to the house to view everything with his flooring professionals and myself. "Top to bottom, the experience of working with Patio Enclosures (in Bensalem PA) was excellent--from sales advice and design, to the quality of the product, the installation, and the finished product. We are glad to have made this investment in our home with this company. Many different contractors were contacted, but it always involved selecting all materials that added cost. This company specializes in the patio enclosures and has their own frames (aluminum or vinyl--in 3 colors) with their own glass (single or double paned). Tom, the salesman was excellent, as was Dan (the manager) and the installers were courteous, capable, professional, and experienced. I highly recommend this company. Please keep in mind, however, that you must arrange for your own flooring and electricity and lighting--which is a small price to pay for the installation of a great and a reasonable system."

When he came out to survey our prospective job, he listened closely to what we wanted, took notes, did measurements, and made suggestions. Later that day he sent my a proposal, detailing the materials and total cost of the project. Ultimately, the final cost was only about $300 more as additional material was needed. Mr. Nastasi worked a full day each day he was here. He also was honest and direct - he told me when he would arrive in morning, and he did. He told me when he had to complete another job so he might have to leave early or miss a day. Many Subs aren't professional enough to simply tell the truth. He always did.
