"Matt Ayers and his crew did an excellent job gutting a 40-year-old bathroom and replacing it with a new shower, toilet, countertops, sinks, flooring and tiles. They always showed up when expected, worked around my schedule, were friendly, courteous and professional, and did quality work. A few of the workers did not have strong English, but they are very good at using smartphone translation software and there were no communication problems at all. All drop cloths, supplies and tools were removed from the job area each day and stowed away. Matt visited or followed up by phone or email on an ongoing basis. The only minor hitch was that the external tiling vendor sent a box of slightly warped shower tiles. This was corrected immediately with no inconvenience or added cost to me. The job quote was a bit of sticker shock initially but over time I realized you get what you pay for, especially after hearing about negative experiences friends have had with other home remodelers. Overall, very happy."

"Christian showed up on time and made a very thorough examination of what was needed to provide a good paint job on the exterior of the house.  He explained everything in detail and made suggestions.  A written estimate was mailed and also sent to me  on the computer along with other pertinent information such as dealing with old , lead paint properly.  After settling on a date, three men, Alonso, Jesus, and Victor came to do the work.  Everyone was very  courteous and arrived on time in the six days it took to do the job.  The house is a large home built in 1932.  The men worked diligently without complaint even after my constantly supervising them and asking questions. They gave the house three coats of paint being careful to the details of the house.  They covered bushes and parts of the roof with each section.  They even tried to preserve my flowers and plants that were along the side of the house. I believe this is a very trustworthy business that cares about customer satisfaction and doing the job correctly.
