They weren’t our cheapest option but their unique cost-plus process of contracting, clear & transparent labor rates and discounts saved us thousands on our projects. We have never seen a company operate in this manner, but it just made complete sense to us, and it works extremely well. Along the way we were a bit indecisive and made a few changes which added work to the original scope, increased our budget and timeline, however Douglas immediately shifted into another gear and was able to incorporate our changes within the original design. He is extremely honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable of his trade. His communication skills and integrity were second to none. I don’t know how he handles all the stress, but he makes it look easy. All team members and subcontractors were respectful of us and our home and a pleasure to work with as well. "TEMO was referred to us by one of the pool companies that we bid for our pool and patio project. I called on a Tuesday and the salesperson was there on Wednesday. The initial bid was provided on the spot, in a very well laid out and detailed format, which I like. Within a few days, a measure and design person came to the house to do all of the exact measures, as ours was a custom job. Shortly thereafter, we got a full set of drawings, including a 3D rendering, which helped us visualize the project. We paid our deposit and got a commitment for installation within 3 weeks, which happened (I wish we had the same performance from the company we chose to do our pool!). The workmanship and quality of materials is excellent. We could not be happier with our experience with TEMO. We work with a lot of contractor companies. TEMO is one of the best."
