On 15 March 2022 John and Kyle came to perform that service. They called to say they were running EARLY and asked if it was OK to come before the scheduled appointment time. I of course said "yes," and they arrived on time, asked if I had any specific concerns they should be aware of, and then proceeded to do their job. When they finished they spent a few minutes letting me know what they saw and what they had done. They were both polite and affable young men, just like the crew that did the encapsulation three years ago. I highly recommend VFS for major projects dependable follow up."
