"I had a great experience with PuroClean! Their team was professional, timely, fast, and very friendly from start to finish. They made the entire process easy and stress-free, and I truly appreciated their excellent customer service. I highly recommend PuroClean to anyone looking for reliable and professional service!"

"The insurance company hired another remediation company on our behalf, but I contacted Rich for another estimate/opinion. Rich provided me advice via phone on multiple occasions, told me what to look for and assured me that the other company was following industry standards. Ultimately Rich came to our house to potentially provide us with an estimate on the rebuild portion of the remediation. Although we could not use Custom Craft Environmental for this project, I would recommend them to anyone and would definitely use them in the future, based on Rich's knowledge, responsiveness and professionalism."

"Golden Eagle Restoration is thorough and extremely professional. They also work with your insurance to get everything you are entitled to from your policy. They give detailed information of the repairs required and take numerous pictures of every facet of their work to submit to insurance for maximum reimbursement. We highly recommend Golden Eagle Restoration."

"Excellent service and on time!"

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"The service reps were great: timely, courteous, and professional. I would certainly recommend them to anyone!"

"Mark and David were quick to respond to our call for help with a flooded basement and water soaked carpet. They were available next day and were finished within a couple of hours. They removed all damaged surfaces and prevented mold from settling in. After the basement dried with their equipment they left they came and picked up all equipment and left the room clean of debris. I would highly recommend their services for anyone needed resolve from a flooded basement with carpet involved."
