"Brian came to our home on December 16 to inspect under the kitchen sink for mold. He was extremely thorough and quick, examining the cabinet and the crawlspace beneath our home. He took pictures and provided us with a very detailed and comprehensive report of his findings. We scheduled the remediation to happen two weeks later. (After scheduling, Brian called and offered to move the work to an earlier time, but we declined.)
On the day the work was to be performed, Brian and another worker came and had everything done within a few hours. They were extremely professional the entire time they were in our home and did an excellent job cleaning up when they were done. Brian was excellent at communicating with us through the entire process. I would definitely use them again in the future, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing their services.
(The only reason I gave a B for punctuality is that Brian called the morning he came over and said that his truck was stuck in mud, and he was waiting for a tow truck to pull him out. I don't fault him at all, it only set him back an hour, and I'm glad he called to tell us what was going on, but he did arrive later than we had initially planned.)

"We moved here to Asheboro in November. We purchased our first home which was a nightmare in this crazy market. We decided we would not settle so we would look till we found our perfect home. Well we found it here in Asheboro. Saturday night for us was devastating. We had a tiki torch that ended up sparking and landing in the new pine needles. Next thing we heard a pop and our window was broke and sunroom on fire. We where able to get it under control but the damage for us was heartbreaking. First thing Sunday we looked up companies that can fix the damage. We are so blessed to find TLK Construction they came out on that Sunday went through all that needed to be done and sent us a quote that evening. They came out and not only started the work but also did some things that my husband and I couldn't do. We are truly grateful for everything they have done through this whole process. Explaining what was best. They take pride in their work and they do an amazing job. Needless to say we have found our new handyman and much more. "AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

They took detail pictures of before and after the contamination set up and mold remediation work to share with us. They worked flawlessly with the mold testing expert and kept us informed the whole way through the process. I would highly recommend them for mold remediation services."
