Prompt response to my original request. Prompt arrival for ALL subsequent visits - by the sales rep, 2 different measurement guys, and the installers.
We had a very tight schedule and they met it.
The installations were done beautifully.  I was personally home for the door installation (the windows were done on a separate day) and I can tell you that the two guys paid alot of attention to all the details, tested the door, cleaned the door, swept up after themselves, etc.  They were very courteous throughout.
I am SO happy with my new windows.  3 of them were straight-up replacements. And never have I had windows that slid up and down so well.  And the 4th was a replacement of my kitchen over-the-sink window with a window that cranks open.  It is lovely.  It is a huge window, but even my 9 year old can crank it open and closed.
I am already planning on calling them again for several more windows and would recommend them to anyone.

"Have worked with Jeremy and Larry at 1st Security for a few months now and they're great. They're far more responsive than any other alarm company I've worked with and they're focused on meeting your needs, versus endlessly trying to get you to buy more services and sensors that you might not need. In the house I just bought some other alarm company had installed a window open/close sensor on a window that doesn't open - probably fooling the prior senior citizen owners to pay more for more equipment they didn't need. I rest assured that 1st Security would never do something so foolish and greedy. They're good, honest people, and this is something that's unfortunately hard to find in the alarm business. I recommend them."

"The salesman came on time and was respectful of my time. I had done a lot of research and he did not try to extend the presentation with what I had seen from others. I felt he was straight forward. Once I decided to use Castle, the scheduling was fine. Unfortunately, the wrong glass was ordered but they took care of it and swapped it out a few weeks later. I was glad to have the follow-up appointment because there was a draft under the sidelight that was fixed when the second crew came with the new glass. Both crews are very nice. Overall the experience was fine and I would use them in the future.

"V & C was very courteous on the phone and in person.  They did an excellent job of making sure that everything was cleaned up to my satisfaction.  They arrived when they said they would and finished in a very timely.  They completed several minor repairs as well as removing  totally useless gutter covers I had installed many years ago.  I will happily hire them again!"
