"Bought a house last year that was built in the 40s. Though the service panel had been updated most of the outlets and wiring had not. Called Raynor and they were very courteous and prompt. They kept us informed as to when the technician would arrive. The technician was very courteous and professional as I explained all the work I wanted done; 5 outlets with its own breaker in the room that was to become our office. 1 GFI in the upstairs bathroom to satisfy the CO inspector. 1 outlet in the living room for the TV. 1 outlet in the master bedroom for the AC. 2 exterior outlets for the front and side of the house. "Found out why our unit failed, (electrical). It was fixed. Also told there was a leak in refrigeration line ( which we suspected last year) but we got one more year out of it. We are satisfied that we should get a new unit because replaced Freon will be outlawed by next year and to search for a leak in the line of an older air conditioning unit is not cost effective.
