"Generators of Maine just completed the installation of a 14kw generator with parallel transfer switches, to protect 2 separate metered panels at a rental property that I own. I didn't even know that this was possible, until Doug Sawyer suggested it. The incremental cost of protecting the additional panel with the parallel transfer switch arrangement was a fraction the cost of an additional generator and transfer switch. Throughout the job, Doug and his crew were awesome. I am a terrible snoop who enjoys technology, so I hung around just watching and learning. They didn't seem to mind my presence and were friendly and informative through out the install. Every aspect of the job was 100% top-notch. Doug also managed to under bid his nearest competitor on every component and aspect of the job, including the annual maintenance contract, which I deemed to be worth the $$$. "Greg from GSC Electric was prompt, professional and friendly. My kitchen was badly in need of additional lighting, especially over the counter tops. He laid out the lights to give excellent coverage and my wife and I were very pleased with the results. (She especially, because it was a surprise). Making the wire runs from the power to the new lights and dimmer switch was a little challenging due to the nature of my attic and walls, and he had to cut through 2 layers of sheet rock for the lights but it all went off without a hitch.
      It was really a great deal too.

"We needed electrical service re- established at an existing work site (pedestal and enclosure). Owner seemed a bit informal with the quotation - I had to insist on a written quote, and when it was provided, was a one line quote that didn’t break down materials or labor. They didn’t start the work until last minute ( but that may have been due to weather). It seemed that their customer service can use some more attention. They did acceptable quality, but we will probably look for different contractor when we need all the other work to be done on the new house."

"NE Renovations is a general contractor whose network of contractors provided services to me as I was getting ready to sell the house.  The electrical service went very well with Mr. Martucci doing great work and advising me about things that did not need to be done.  I feel that he was a great advisor!
The flooring in the basement also went very well with the NE folks advising me about the best way to approach the installation.  Everything was perfect when they left.  I truly appreciated their workmanship.
