"I had a very costly contamination fee after my in ground oil tank was removed. My insurance company only wanted to pay a small portion. Castleton submitted various reports and spoke to the insurance company agent. They reversed their original finding and paid for everything in full. To me this was a miracle. They worked with me every step of the way. We spoke almost daily concerning this problem. They resolved everything. Best company I have ever dealt with. When it comes to environmental issues they really know their stuff!"

"George responded right away via Angie?s text and then a phone call. Came out the next day to attempt to snake two clogged tubs on second floor of a side-by-side two family home, connected to one sewer line.. Clog was more severe than expected. Came back next day with partner to find pipe where they join but it was behind kitchen cabinet of both homes. Decided to bypass existing line and run new lines from each tub, join them and then drop a sngle pipe to the basement and reconnect to near the main drain. George and his team were professional and communicated in a timely manner. Cleaned up and covered opening with plastic and suggested not to close wall for a week and inspect for any leaks. No leaks so far. Closing walls this weekend. Offered us a great price and an unbeatable 12 month payment plan. Thank you George and team."

"Great experience!! FIVE STARS ALL AROUND! Sterling Environmental Services removed two 275 gallonn fuel oil tanks from our home in Randolph, NJ, in accordance with EPA, NJDEP, and local regulations and recommended procedures. Nick was very diligient with permits. Sterling coordinated the permits with the township The tanks were properly cleaned and removed. Tanks were cut up and left for the inspector. Inspector approved and they removed the pieces immeadiatly. Completely seamless from a customer perspective. THANK YOU very much Sterling Environmental!!"
