"November 13 2025 I hired Elite & Elevated Construction & Excavation to complete excavation, footings, and foundation work for a large project I was working on. "Cleaned out the main sewer even though it didn't need cleaning. What was supposed be cleaned was the catch basin. Crew came over could not open the lid, told me that it would be up to me to open it. Then they would com back. You would think that they would how all the tools and no how to open any and all catch basin. They never called me back or followed up with me. I will never ever use them again. Very disappointed."
