Provided a recommendation for a replacement pool. Proceeded to remove the old pool and excavate the land in preparation for construction of the new pool. Once the new pool arrived, they constructed the pool and constructed new outline landscaping around the pool. "Rightway Waterproofing is the company you want to come and waterproof your basement. I had initially set up a job looking for pros through Angie's List. I was contacted by Rightway Waterproofing via phone and email but did not respond as life happens. Well it rained really heavy again in August and I had more water in the basement. I reached out to them on a Friday and Albert contacted me immediately. They were able to come out on Monday to look at my property. Jake was thorough and friendly. He let me know what he thought we needed, explained everything thoroughly and gave us a quote which was completely reasonable. We accepted the bid and work was to commence on Thurs as they had an opening. Work was completed in one day. The area was kept pristine and they did an amazing job. The crew was courteous to my family. I could not recommend them more. I hope to have them out again at some point to finish my basement area as well. Try to keep in mind that during the season of covid many families are looking for ways to make more space in their homes or to have to home projects done. "I decided to go with Caruso because they could do a couple of smaller jobs at one time, which was convenient. The driveway job was more complicated than expected due to heavy clay that needed to be cleared for the driveway extension. They brought in a larger excavator and were able to get through the job. They worked through the weekend to get the job done, and I am happy with the results. I would hire again."

"OUTSTANDING SERVICE!! WC FALLOWS solved a tricky problem for us, FAST. Our main septic pipe seal degraded over the years, and we started getting ground water streaming into our basement, every time it rained heavily. Bill and his team were super responsive, and knew exactly how to remedy the problem. Bill is clearly an expert in this field, and even had to cut through our deck to access the pipe. I am happy to report it rained like crazy last night, and our basement is DRY! Not only are Bill/team highly skilled, but they provided 1st class service; took muddy shoes off before coming inside the house, meticulously and carefully replaced our deck planks to minimize damage, hosed surfaces down after work was completed, etc. etc. They are fantastic and Bill's sense of humor is an added bonus! Thoroughly enjoyed working with him/his team, and would highly recommend."
