I will never forget the day I came home and saw a mini back hoe in my basement and then, a few days later, the hot water heater and furnace suspended from the ceiling!  Pryor Construction gutted, excavated, relocated the furnace and water heater, and kept everything working so we did not have to move out.  Each aspect of the renovation (demolition, waterproofing, carpentry, final finishes and painting) was well planned and executed. They worked well with the architects and managed all of the sub-contractors efficiently. If there was ever a question, a change or an add-on they were able to make it work. The project was completed on time and within the budget range. This was the second major job Pryor Construction did for us and we were very happy with their work and overall professionalism once again."
