"Excellent! I was in a bind because my air conditioner went out and I really wanted to at least get a ceiling fan installed so I could survive the heat. Gerald responded immediately, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was patient with me and my lack of knowledge. He explained things to me as he went along. He did such an excellent job installing the ceiling fan that I had him install a new light fixture as well. I will definitely be having him come back out to install some recessed lights in my kitchen. I can not recommend him more highly! He takes pride in his work and is a man of his word! Hire him. You won’t regret it. I sure don’t!"

The lights and painted ceiling looked great. They were very pleasant and yet professional in their attitude and work. They cleaned up everything when they were done. Closet space is extremely hard to come by in our neighborhood and Cougar was able to build a 30 sq ft closet that our growing family is able to take advantage of. This room was just a storage space and is now a usable living area after Cougar was done with it. The quality of work for the price I paid was amazing! "They were fast, efficient, and CLEAN. Very professional. Work was really well done- biggest problem is that the part of the ceiling they installed is so much nicer than the part that wasn't affected by the flood. Brian and team from Walls had done a previous job- installing a ventilating fan in the ceiling of our guest bathroom where our old fan was doing a terrible job; paint was peeling because of moisture. Brian got me a much better fan and installed it- difference was amazing. The guys saw that our banister going down to the basement had come loose- and without my asking and at no charge, they repaired it. I now use them for a variety of handy man tasks. They are not cheap: as I recall, around $125 to come out - but they are fast and very good and manage to keep the price reasonable.
