"The communication from the office was wonderful. The technician arrived late, but apologized. Did put up the fan. However, the only reason they didn’t get a five star rating as he did not ask me what size downrod I wanted and installed the longer one and I wanted the shorter one. When I asked him, he said it’s too late to change it now. However, he was courteous and kind. Just didn’t follow through on what I had asked because he said it would take too much to change it."

"Mike was reasonable, responsive, quick and clean. For the most part, the home looks great. He power washed our home and deck before painting. There should have been some more prep work (scrapping) before the deck was repainted. There are already some places that are flaking off. We will be touching up the deck."

"It went very well!  The gutters have held up great since then.  I got a few estimates and Haley Hahn was right on the money.  They were also very quick where others would have been longer.  I wish they could have communicated a bit more.  They got pretty busy and I had to follow up a few times to see when they were going to be here.  I’d use them again, though."
