When I had to reschedule, the appointment was moved to mid-August. No offers to put me on a wait list. Just a statement that the work would be done on that date. Two men arrived to install the fans. They told us that it would probably take more time than the three hours purchased and that it would be less expensive to just buy the extra hour. The fans were being installed on sloped,9' ceilings. It took 4 hours to install three fans.
The workmen  did the job and left the area clean. I was disappointed that it took 4 hours. I was disappointed about the lack of availability. I felt put on the spot that if I didn't pay the extra charge, then the fans wouldn't be installed.
When I first used Improvement Pros, it was just John Greer and his wife. They had recently moved to the area. It was a great experience, which was one of the reasons I bought the deal. Now I feel that the company has become just another service.
