CONS: NONE Basic description of project: Existing shower developed a leak in the floor pan and walls had mold and ruined adjacent laminate floor in bedroom. DEMO: Entire bathroom, to include cabinets, fixtures, BIG mirror, shower, garden tub, tile floor, lights, fan...everything. INSTALL: Walk in tile shower where garden tub was located, to include a custom shower drain pan. Re-plumb from garden tub to shower using existing walls. Install new lights, fans, reposition toilet, convert old shower to linen closet, to include new dry wall and plug old shower fixtures. Install new cabinets with fixtures, repaint walls and ceiling, new light switches with new electrical covers on plugs and switches. Install new "barn door" to entrance to bathroom and install new vinyl flooring in bedroom and bathroom. The remodel looks better than we expected and as stated previously, we will have RDA do any remodel project we may have in the future. HIRE them... you wont regret it..."
