"Yes Stephen installed a new light above my kitchen sink and changed the flickering bulbs in the fan light fixture that I couldn't reach. Clean, communicated, pleasant and to code."

"The BrightBox technician totally accommodated our dissident schedule, was professional, clearly an expert in the field, and worked well with the HVAC technician to ensure the project we are looking to have done is done safely and to code. This was an amazing experience."

"Our central air conditioning unit stopped working on a weekday afternoon and the indoor temperature quickly rose to 85 degrees. I called Ragsdale's emergency service after hours. A real person took my information and a service tech called me back within 20 minutes to say that he would be at my house that night. He showed up on time and was courteous and very professional. My unit is 18 years old and had not been cleaned in several years. The tech replaced the capacitor and fan motor, added coolant, cleaned the coils, checked pressure and performed several tests. Repair and clean up took about 90 minutes. He explained to me what he was doing on each step, told me the available repair options and their costs, and gave me pointers on how to spot a faulty unit. Our A/C now blows out colder air than prior to repair. I was very happy with the service and would definitely hire them again."

"S & S Electrical was fantastic. They were prompt, reasonable, and didnwhat they said they would do. I would definatley hire them again."

"Though AmeriServ were expensive, I have no regrets using their service.  The service tech came out on a Wednesday to quote me for the work.  I used an Angie's Deal for fan installation for $125.  The $125 did include installation, however, did not include a $49 service charge.  During the consultation, the service tech Mike provided an estimate to install a kitchen chandelier and pendant lights.  The crew came out on Friday to conduct the work.  There were two techs assigned to the job, one was Joshua, I can't remember the other gentleman's name.  They were on time, were clean; they protected my new hardwood floors.  I was very pleased.  While packing up to leave, Joshua noticed that the GFC outlet on the front porch was inoperable.  He tested it to confirm it was indeed non-functional and provided a quote of $100 to replace.  I took them up on the offer and allowed them to change out the GFC outlet.  The work was a little expensive, however, given the excellent customer service and the fact that the work is warranted for, I believe, a year it was all very worth it to me.  I will not hesitate to call AmeriServ back out for any electrical service needs.
