"I have been using their services for about a year. I pay about $42 a month and their services cover everything including all appliances, water heater, garbage disposal, doorbells, smoke detectors, ceiling fans, garage door openers, the sump pump, and the air conditioning, heating unit, and duct work. They charge $100 for the service call and that covers whatever needs to be taken care of by that specialist as well as for the parts. If it is something that can’t be repaired, they will replace it. They have someone answering their phones twenty-four hours a day. When I call them, they immediately send over the work orders out to providers in the area who then hive twenty-four hours to call us for scheduling. The only thing I don’t like about their service having to wait up to twenty-four hours waiting for the service provider to get into contact with me. I think that they should have to call me right away. American Home Shield does send me their contact information and I do usually contact the company first instead waiting on them to contact me."
