"Where do I begin...I cannot thank Mr. Thomas enough for what I feel was and continues to be white glove service that he extended to me as I began my wood stove installation project. I would say that I went into buyers remorse mode at least twice after I approved the estimate that he provided. He PATIENTLY addressed all of my questions and allayed all of my concerns as I HAD to go through my decision-making process for what was a big-ticket purchase for me. His professionalism and his excellent communication style were of paramount importance to my overall comfort to move forward with the project. His staff were very friendly, professional, and wonderful. After the wood stove was installed, my family room floor and hearth were very clean. Whats more, the power washing that I had requested made my bricks look brand new! "On Saturday, September 22, 2018, I sought a vendor from Angie's List to perform the wild shrubbery removal project. On September 23, Mr. Chavez contacted me and offered to give me a quote on my project. On September 27, Mr. Chavez came to my home and inspected the work to be done; at that time, he discovered that in fact two wild trees had fallen onto my back yard from a neighboring wooded area. He gave me a quote of $750 to remove the fallen trees and wild shrubbery, and an additional $50 to trim my own shrubbery. I accepted Mr. Chavez's quoted price; and, on the following day, Mr. Chavez returned and performed the work on which we had agreed. He was punctual, professional, and thorough; and I am pleased with the work done."

"My fireplace contained a wood burning unit inserted into in the mid 1980s. I t contained a glass front. We had not used the fire place unit for several because a prior Chimney Sweep company advised us we needed a new liner system and some chimney structural repairs. The technician (Ken Williams) , prior to starting the work explained to me the scope of the work and the process of installing the liner. I gave him a copy of the prior Chimney Sweep company report , which he reviewed with me. We also reviewed the installation instructions of the original fireplace insert. During installation of the new Stainless Steel System Liner , Mr. Williams examined the structural condition of the Chimney and advised me that there was nothing wrong with the Chimney and was in very good condition. I was very impressed with Stratford Mechanical and with Mr. Williams for taking the time to discuss the nuances of the Liner system.
