"Where do I begin...I cannot thank Mr. Thomas enough for what I feel was and continues to be white glove service that he extended to me as I began my wood stove installation project. I would say that I went into buyers remorse mode at least twice after I approved the estimate that he provided. He PATIENTLY addressed all of my questions and allayed all of my concerns as I HAD to go through my decision-making process for what was a big-ticket purchase for me. His professionalism and his excellent communication style were of paramount importance to my overall comfort to move forward with the project. His staff were very friendly, professional, and wonderful. After the wood stove was installed, my family room floor and hearth were very clean. Whats more, the power washing that I had requested made my bricks look brand new! You will be extremely pleased with the quality of work provided and the level of professionalism extended to you by Mr. Thomas and his staff."

"Wow! Amazing service. I must've called 8 different places in a panic trying to get the brick mounts which hold the mantel removed from my old fireplace so the surface could be prepped for a new TV. Seemed like an easy task (I thought), but it was a little more meticulous than I thought. I called this team and they arrived same day! Incredible customer service and expertise. Not only did they return the day after providing an estimate and remove the brick mounts, they actually re-fabricated the brick to make the holes disappear! This team knows their stuff!! I was so impressed that in the Spring I'd like them to come and do some masonry work for me. Highly recommend. "Overall, it was great experience.  They arrived on time.  One person worked outside and one inside.  A mat was laid in front of the fireplace, on the floor to make sure no soot or other dirt fell or spilled on our carpet.  A gadget with a camera was snaked up the flue to take pictures and pictures were taken on the outside of the chimney (with a 35mm camera) to show the condition of the cap. 
The findings were explained and recommendations were made.  
I only had the cleaning performed and took their recommendations under advisement.  I don't recall the exact amount of the service as it was almost a year ago.
The service people were clean, professional, courteous and answered all of the questions I had.  And I would definitely use them again!
They were very easy to contact and schedule the appointment.  Their in house customer service people were just as friendly as those in the field.

"These guys are A+++.  I called on Friday to schedule an appointment for a quote.  I was told that the first available appointment was about a week out.  However, the scheduler promised to contact me if they had a cancellation.  A few hours later, I got a call and was scheduled for Monday morning.  
The owner called me about 30 minutes before they arrived at my home to give an updated ETA.  The two men who arrived were both professional and promptly put on shoe covers before entering my home.  As it turned out, the expensive installation procedure was not really necessary.  The owner took time to explain exactly what was required and even drew a diagram I could use for future reference.  He gave me excellent advice and even helped with the physical labor as a favor.  They could have tried to sell me unneeded services, but instead, they have a customer for the future.
I will absolutely contact this company for future work on my chimneys/fireplaces.  They are honest, professional and polite.
